My design fees are very reasonable. I know most small businesses want to keep expenses low, so I will work within any budget. I'm retired, work from home and so have a lower overhead than most designers.

Designing: Typical websites are $150 for the first 10 pages. $10 per page after that. This includes:

Web design consultation by phone or email
Design of the first 10 pages
Custom heading (banner) - click on sample websites
Editing and sizing of photographs, as required
Purchasing a Domain name (website name) on your behalf - there is a small cost involved in this (usually around $10/year) and is money paid to domain company, not to me.
Securing a hosting company (a company that will keep your website on the internet (usually around $60/year) and is money paid to the hosting company, not to me.
Custom graphics are included (click custom graphics for samples). Many designers charge from $25 to hundreds of dollars for just the graphics. Your custom graphics will be included.
I design your website - and you review every page as it is complete. I will continue to redo your site until you are happy.
Once you are happy - you pay my fee and I upload your site to the internet.

You may, of course, secure your own domain name and hosting service and just let me know the details. Email me if you want some suggestions on web domain and hosting companies to use. It's best that I secure it for you, as I know which companies work with Front Page and which will try to sell you on a 'do-it-yourself' template. I do not work with templates.

Remember, if I secure the domain name and hosting company for you, I only charge you what they charge me and I will forward their invoice to you.

Maintenance: Most websites need to be updated periodically, and some on a continuous basis. You may update the website yourself, or have someone else do it, or you may ask me to do it. Again, my fees are very reasonable.

I generally charge a minimum of $25 per month, payable six months in advance ($150) for ongoing maintenance and updating of your website. Price will increase for very large websites and if your sites require daily or weekly updates. We can agree on a fee once I view your complete website.

Referrals: Know someone who needs a website? Refer them to me and I will pay you a reward of $25 for each person you refer who buys a website.
